ACT SA | the Association for Choice Theory South Africa, is a training provider of Choice Theory, Reality Therapy, Lead Management and Quality schools and is a registered non-profit organisation (NPO).

The aim of the Association is teaching and promoting Choice Theory, Reality Therapy, Quality Schools and Lead Management allied with the mission statement of the William Glasser Association International of which the Association for Choice Theory – South Africa, is an integral part.

ACT SA is mainly involved with spreading the message of Choice Theory developed by Dr William Glasser.

ACT SA provides training for people in their individual capacity as well as for organisations.

The training focus on understanding yourself and your behaviour as well as those of others. It also enables you to improve the relationships that are important to you. This can be applied in your personal life as well as professional life. In your personal life it will improve your relations with friends, family and partner. In your professional life it helps you to work better with others and improve your ability to lead/manage others. When we do the training for organisations we focus on improving the quality of products/services offered by the organisation. We typically target schools, government departments, NGO’s as well as the corporate sector.

The training has proven to have a major impact on people’s professional and personal lives.

The mission of the Association is to teach and promote the theories and practices of Dr. William Glasser’s Choice Theory and its applications.

The Association will conduct conferences, workshops and training programmes in Choice Theory, Reality Therapy and Lead Management.

We hope to empower people with skills that will enable them to fulfil their five basic needs and experience personal happiness.
